The Obolonsky district of Kiev is one of the most industrially depleted areas of the city, which can generate significant contributions from the developments of the current capital of Ukraine. Along with the remaining rocks, the Obolonsky district occupies a leading position in the pace of socio-economic development. In the former Obolon district in the area of the Kiev State Administration there are structural units of the RDA, the Center for Social Services for Families, Children and Youth, the Territorial Center for Social Services, as well as Center for Administrative Services.
