Resolution No. 782 expands the list of manufactured goods subject to the minimum localisation requirement in public procurement. The requirement applies to goods valued at more than UAH 200,000.
What will change for public procurement participants?
The requirement applies not only to manufacturers but also to participants on tender platforms whose bids include the sale of goods. Where a lift installation company includes a lift in its tender proposal, the equipment must meet the localisation criterion.
Is it possible to meet the localisation requirement?
Yes. According to Prozorro data, Ukrainian-made content accounts for 59.3% of the production cost of Euroformat lifts. Ukrainian-made components include traction ropes, counterweight blocks, cables and wiring products, sheet metal, aluminium profiles, fasteners and lift car finishing materials.
How can compliance be verified?
The manufacturer completes the qualification procedure on the tender platform. The supplier includes supporting documents from the register of localised goods in the tender proposal.
